Company List extraction from PFD Directory to excel table

[url removed, login to view] is trying to build the most accurate list of Flooring Installers available on the the web today. We would like to take company list data (Comany Name, Address, Email, Phone number, Fax Number, URL, Contact )from a PDF and convert over to a excel table. There are two directories - one with about 400 records and a second with about 900-1000; please quote for both conversions.
A strong candidate will be able to export leads in a PDF catalog to an excel spreadsheet, or google doc to quickly populate a list of Flooring installers
