Hi kturn22 I am an experienced Excel and Access(VBA) based application developer having expertise in desktop Database solution for Excel and Access. I can design the most amazing and effecient solution for your car wash shift log. 100% satisfaction guaranteed. :) You asked if Excel isn't the right program. Well Excel is very right but also very unpredictable. Excel based app would work fine for a period and then Excel might start acting weird. Sadly, that's what i learned from few past experiences. The main reason is, Excel App starts messing up when there is huge amount of data which results in lame errors. People are crying about it all the time on the net but it seems like Microsoft doesn't taking it seriously. If you ask me, i would suggest you to go for Access based solution which will be most effecient and the interface elements will make it super cool. :) My job is to suggest you the best solution and provide services accoding to your choice.
