Data Entry by using specific ip that is provided

Dear Bidders,
I someone to use an excel sheet that I provide to enter the data as leads on a website. One important thing is that each entry also has their unique ip that is also specified in the excel sheet. Are you able to mask your ip so that while entering the data each row will have a specific ip you will have to mask as. I am attaching a sample of the CSV file below for your consultation. The data entry will have to be done in batches over a period of time, maybe 10-15 days or more.
Please not that we will first make a trial of 50 rows and if successful, the project consists of 3000 rows altogether.
Your bid must be made for the whole project meaning 3000 rows.
Lowest bid with desired competencies will be preferred. Payment will be done at the end of the project in full.

When asked you will have 24h to prove you can do the job using a sample I will provide you with. Failure to do so will disqualify you for this project.
Please be aware that a MAXIMUM of 300 rows should be entered daily, which means it will take 10 days to complete the project at minimum.
