Data entry - Table in German with numbers - 12 pages - repost

I have 12 pages of tables I need to have transcribed in Excel. I am attaching a sample page - it would be great if you could provide a sample with a couple of entries in a mockup Excel spreadsheet to demonstrate the task is clear. Top priority is data quality. I check 10% of the sample. The text is in German, so it may be difficult to transcribe if you don't know the language. But nonetheless, I would really require high precision. There will be much more work if it all goes well. I have about 300 more pages and a lot more work - I am looking for long-term workers to work with.
