Amazon Data File Cleanup - Fix Errors and Fill in Empty fields

We have a client who wants to add their products to [login to view URL] and we have the product feed file that has to be cleaned up and optimized. Amazon provides us with a formatted field and also sent us a log of all the errors after we uploaded it. There is alot of cleanup that needs to be done, but we also want to optimize the Data and fill in some of the keyword fields that are empty. Most of the errors are in 2 fields ( See attached error report)- Here's what we'd like to see: 1. Cleanup of all errors on File (manufactures name, Bad characters etc.) 2. Fill in the 5 Blank columns for keywords for each product (most can be taken from the keywords mistakenly in the manufactures column that has to be cleaned up anyway - if not, you would pull them from the description) You will be sent the full template from Amazon that includes all data definitions and instructions. My expectations are that you will complete the data file to the point where it is 100% accepted by Amazon. You will send us the updated data and we will upload it.....if there are additional errors, we would send you the new error log and expect they would all be corrected before the job is considered complete.
