I have worked for more than 5 years’ successful experience in customer service (BPO/Call center Indutry) and support with recognized strengths in problem-solving and planning/implementing proactive procedures and systems to avoid problems in the first place. I'm currently employed as outsourced employee by an Australian Company but I'm only willing to Work part-time as Virtual assistant. I possessed solid computer skills and customer service knowledge so I can help to improve a business.
