CSV File setup with Cron Job on Server

You will get two files to work with.
Need to work with these two files and then output a result file on a server, this needs to be done via a cron job and the files will need to be updated every 30 minutes.
One file has stock code and QTY and the other file has our skus, you will be given both. From one of the files you will need to get the stock code and qty and then output a result file with sku and quantity.
