Construction and Design Database

I want to develop a simple privately hosted database for an architectural firm. The database must have capability to host multiple projects by assigned users to each project. The database will be able to track various information fields to be defined by us. It will automatically sort the information by chosen fields. The database will need to be linked by a separately created mobile app service, this will enable field agents to upload data to chosen fields in the database. The database will be administered by us. It must have the capability of showing up key measurable data in a dashboard.
