Database Processing Assignment

I have an assignment that is very challenging for me and need some help putting it together. I have attached the instructions and the Review Questions from Database Processing: Fundamentals, Design and Implementation 12th edition.

The first file contain the instructions for the assignment. The second file contain the review questions that need to be addressed (7.1 thru 7.7). Review questions 7.1 thru 7.3 are not important, just need help with 7.4 thru 7.7. As the directions state, the assignment consists of handing in four (4) complete CREATE TABLE statements using the instructions written in "RED" in the Review Questions document. For an experienced person, this should not take more than an hour to complete. I am on my last semester and need to turn this assignment in to graduate.

I'm looking to have the assignment completed by Sunday, February 17, 2013.
