I am looking for someone who can develop business for real estate purpose.
This consists of talking on the phone, emails, creating a network of database of those who are interested in doing business to business.
The main purpose of this project is to get builders, land developers to work with me in level of me being able to sell their product ( selling on behalf of them houses and land, house and land package).
I have attached the target market area ( Melbourne Northern Suburbs is where I will be able to sell houses, contact the builders who are able to build or supply within those areas.)
If proven successful this relationship will evolve to long term business relationship with a new degree of payment organised.
