I have experience in defining processes and optimising them. I have designed an Idea Collection & Screening process for a telecom company and for a cigarette manufacturer, I have defined the sourcing process for the purchase of ingredients, customer care support for a new service, and some more. I use a lot Value Stream Mapping.
I propose you to have a conversation so we can identify one process to map together, then - once you get the logic - you can map the other processes yourself or with your team. I recommend that - once you have the process drafted - you review and validate it with all involved parties (i.e. your colleagues), so you can check that no step is missing, duration accurate, and you are all aligned.
