I have experience with SQL Server 2000 development and could do some of the other task but I'm not sure about drill a report, I didn't exactly get it what you it means, but I've already done internationalization modules using the standard delphi tool ITE with external translation tools to generate language modules for application, and the capability to change it at runtime to any other language module. my bid is $15 hour.
