Delphi Windows Desktop Application needs to be completed

I am knee deep in a project outside of Freelancer, and I just don't have time to finish the rest of this personal app of mine. It is close to being done. I need someone to finish it for me, as its for a gift to my wife. The application was written in Delphi XE3 and uses Raize Components 6.x and DCPcrypt (open source). It is a very simple application, which uses nothing but stringlists internally to store information and to save to file, or load back from file. I have attached a photo of the application, as well as a specification file. There is a lot to read, but the description section just explains how the application works. The specification section explains what is left to do on it to finish it. If you have any questions, please send me a PM or post them on the project board
