Convert PSD to Drupal 6

Hello, You will be converting the attached layout to Drupal 6. I will provide you with appropriate login details with an install of Drupal 6 in order for your to complete this. This should be a pleasant job for you because Im proficient with Drupal lingo and am a Drupaler myself. The layout should work in all modern browsers. Im going to prefer a candidate that can do the buttons and text shadows with CSS3 that gracefully degrades for older browsers to save on server load and to increase page speed- but im not going to require this. Page must be xhtml/css valid transitional . You do not have to code the forums in the screenshot. Its there to show you what I want an inner page to look like. I want the inner pages/body done using panels(i'll install it). There is a home page png and an inner page png attached. If you read the entire listing, please post "psychic" in your bid.
