A Microsoft Word Expert to fix/adjust some formatting issues/table of contents etc

Hi, this project is for a friend who is paying me to list this online so I am looking for someone who will do the job to the finest level of detail. Basically my friend has written and copyrighted through Writecheck a final year dissertation that was written by him and is 15,000 words excluding references etc. There is some issues with the document which his disability tutor has raised. -Firstly the spacing of certain woods seems to throughout paragraphs and text alignment and despite both of our efforts we've been unable to fix it, therefore we wanted the dissertation to look as visually impressive as a academic dissertation or 'thesis' as it should. - Secondly the table of contents needs adjusting and we cannot do it/don't know how without knocking the alignment/spacing out and also a table of figures. This also needs checking to make sure it correlates to the right pages. - Thirdly, my friend has written quotes with '...' when it should be ".." as per UK APA 6 referencing format so this needs to be checked throughout the text. -Fourthly, in some places my friend has written the dissertation/thesis as past tense and it should be such as analysis, conclusion sections etc. -Fifth, my friend has a tendacy to put commas in places so the general structure of english grammer needs proof reading too and correcting. -Finally my friend also has not grapsed apostrophe for possession ie: boys toy (one boy goes beofre) boys' toys (lots of boys.) And on top of that we would just like everything given a finecomb really. Obviously as this is a english written paper, preferrably someone who is English is needed.
