Task need to be done: 1. PCB Layout 2. Microcontroller Programming Schematics is already ready in ORCAD. Product is a 3phase 1000w BLDC motor controller with multi speed control, e-braking, etc. Engineers from India is preferred who can work with other projects also and can deliver solution within time frame and have good knowledge with latest ideas. Need engineer on permanent basis. Engineers with previous knowledge in designing high power motor controller, Inverter, DC-DC converter are recommended

The speed control of BLDC motor can be done in two ways: Armature current control Field control Armature current control method will be relatively simpler. The concept is to connect a variable potentiometer coupled with a servo motor. The potentiometer resistance is measured for different positions and corresponding positions are set on the servo motor. After setting and knowing different position, the servo motor is made to move at different speeds as selected by the user from a simple keypad. Also the data is send to the LCD displaying motor speed for different potentiometer positions. PIC16F8771 controller can be used and tested on Proteus. The PCB of the above schematic cFear is not real. It is a product of thoughts you create. Do not misunderstand me. Danger is very real. But Fear is a choice.-Will Smithan be designed on Express PCB.
