Design me a Product -- 2

Looking for someone to outline a blueprint for a 'keg cover' that could go around a keg. A cylinder keg's dimension when filled with beer is weight: 161 lbs, height: 23 3/8", Width, 16 1/8". The cover would have to be large enough to have ice added on the sides in between the cover and the keg. The cover would have to have handles on either side for easier carrying/dragging, but strong enough to support keg inside. Perhaps the cover could have wheels (detachable) at the bottom for easier access to move the keg around. I want the cover's outside to be customizable for people to add a personal print. Also adding red solo cup holders around the top of the perimeter, led lights around it, and maybe a place for a bottle opener. Thanks for your time.
