Alter Files On Video Game

I need for some changes to be made to a video games files, back breaker football for the xbox 360, to be changed. I want a file that fix the shoulder pads of the players, I want the game to recognize city names or team names, I want stadiums to have the home team name on display in available places, want to add more music to the game, and also adjust the camera angle changed to the madden vantage points. The file needs to work as a add on to the present game when loaded.
