Bug Fixes asp.net

Thanks for considering this project. We have a need for a ASP.net coding expert to sort our some small issues. 1. when sending emails from within the site we receive up to 10 copies of the same email - we shall require you to produce a new mail code which populates 'TO:' box and subject during replies. 2. our online post a bid auction feature works but needs a 'commitment to buy' 'click you agree' box before buyer can register their bid, also in our admin we need to approve more than one offer made per item, and these offers to populate the order list when and if approved, an email should be sent to admin confirming a bid has been received. Bidder should also confirm size of item required. 2b. This feature needs to be better promoted/position and highlighted on the user site side 3. our admin login lasts for 20min we need this to remain open for the user until log out is selected. It should be protected from other computers gaining access and remain secure. 4. we need to add a new live visual assistant to the site, this should be clear of adverts and 3rd party links a simple free edition is all we need which should a simple on/off line notification display. British dictionary spell check for admin is important. you swill be required to produce creatives for this.
