Create a WordPress Theme From An Existing Site

There is a website that I like the style of. I would like this style, with options, to be converted into a WordPress theme. I want the different page layouts on the site to be template pages/posts that I can choose from when creating them inside the WordPress admin panel. I do NOT want the content or the concept of the site duplicated. I want the layout and design of the site to be put into a WordPress theme. With some options of color choices. ## Deliverables I want the layout and design of the site [login to view URL] made into a WordPress theme for myself. I do NOT want a duplicate product, JUST the look and style of the site in a theme. I want the layout style of each page to be a template choice for me whether I am choosing a page or a post. I would like options to change colors throughout the theme. I would like options to upload headers (any size I would like). I then want that option to be a site-wide install, unless I change it on that page. I do want widgetized areas to be included in as many spots as possible.
