Hello, I have read your project description and checked the attached floor plan. I have experience with preparing similar drawings (existing/demolition/proposed plans). There are a few examples in my portfolio. Points 1-5 (demolition plans, roof plan and quantity) are clear, I usually prepare drawings and send them in pdf for markup and make changes based on employer's feedback, if necessary. Points 6 and 7 (door and window schedule) is clear, but based on my experience level of detail on drawings is slightly different from country to country, so I would appreciate an example of UK drawing standards/expected result. Regarding experience and language, I have done this type of work in different countries (the Netherlands, Belgium, Australia and Croatia of course = preparing drawings set using Dutch, English, Croatian), so my English may not be perfect, but I use it on a daily basis to communicate with employers and had no problem so far. I do have a question - you would supply the dwg of existing/proposed plans?
