I would like to get somebody who can help in creating a piece of software/an APP/local wireless network that can trigger a local relay, my thinking was to have something similar to bluertooth, if I am standing next to the lock, I will be able to search for the lock and open it remotely from my phone as long as I am in the vicinity.

My idea basically, so I can open an APP/search for the lock through my wifi on my mobile, connect to it through a WPA key maybe? and use an app to control a relay?

For more info please contact me, this may sound confusing.*I do not want them networked onto the internet, local connection through WIFI or bluetooth is what is needed if possible.
