telecommunications moves, adds, and changes, acting as liaison between the telephone

operating companies and interconnect companies in matters dealing with the district's

telecommunications needs, and providing technical expertise to assist in networking

needs for the district

Requirements:

- At least 2nd year college;

- With 3 months call center experience;

- Good to excellent communication skills

- Amenable working in Ortigas

- Salary package: 14k-17k plus 10% ND and 20% after regularization
