Start with Instructions.docx. It provides detailed instructions for extending Essential Series [login to view URL] by adding lots of data located in the folder Source Data. This post will require a developer to take data from 4 separate files and merge and manipulate it with data in the essential series database. I need this done 1) very carefully and 2) rapidly. This post requires a developer who has a good eye for detail and who can follow instructions carefully. This is a straightforward post, so please propose a deliverable deadline and a price. Hello I can help you with your project. I skimmed through the instructions and your files. So far I have not delved into all the details but it seems not too difficult for me. Do you not need "Union of Soviet Socialist Republics" in the result file? Only Russia from 1945-2013? According to your instructions issued so. In that case can be duplicates in IGOs for 1991 for "Union of Soviet Socialist Republics" and Russia? I have an experience of working with big amount of data. I can use my SQL Server for it. And I'd like to finish this project in 2-3 days. Waiting for your response.
