Determine nutrient content in 1400 food types

I have a list of 1400 food types (Cheeseburger, Raw beans, Tomatoes etc.) and I need to have some information about the content of certain substances determined per 100g.
The substances I need are:
1) Selenium (µg/100g food item)
2) Phytinic acid (mg/100g)
3) Oxalic acid (mg/100g)
4) caffeine (mg/100g)
The results should be quite accurate (web searched) for some of the food items and can be estimated for similar types of food if the value can not be found.
If nothing can be found, then a general "educated guess" about these types of food can be made and entered. For example if only one value can be found for one type of fish and no other information is available, then all types of fisch can be given this value. You can also use logic.. for example... you can assume no caffeine is in fish.
I will supply a website link where you can log in. There you have each type of food in english in a separate textbox. You will need to begin with opening this website and copying one food name after the other into excel. Once for German and once for english (they are next to each other).
When this is done, the search can begin. You should enter the value as a number into a cell in excel. Each ingredient needs to be determined for all of the food types.
