TASK-1 My preference would be a generic spreadsheet vs. VBA application for this one although not required
A User pastes 100-Colums by 1000-Rows of data on Sheet-1
B User pastes 2 Columns by 1000-rows of data on Sheet-2

info Excel needs to Populate as follows:
1 If Sheet-1 A2 is on Sheet2 A2:A1000
THEN Populate (Sheet-2 Row2 Col D:MAX) with (Sheet1 A2:MAX data)
2 ELSE (It's a unique new String) INSERT New-Row with unique strings not-present on Sheet-2 INTO "Sheet-2 Row-NEXT Col-A"
Repeat 1 &2 for rows 3-1000
