We are looking for a customer service agent to look after our customers in Denmark -We need candidate must speak fluent Danish& English -We need someone to pick up the phone (via Skype) and reply to emails during office working hours (8am to 5pm). -We estimate maximum 1 to 2 hours per day and the job can be done around your other work commitments. -Candidate will be supported by us for the questions (product information, payment terms etc.) -Candidate will get briefing from us and will get urgent answers via Hangouts (Instant Chat Software from Google) -Candidate will get access to Magento (Order tracking software) -This is a long term job for the right candidate. The salary is per month. -We look forward to hearing from you!
