Hello, I would suggest using php app. it's not a plugin but separate application. Can't remember name exactly but i have it somewhere, someone wrote it for this sort of thing for Magento. So only copy pasting that need to be done is in another excel sheet that is properly formated for import. That would save time and give you a good setup for future uploads. Thats just a suggestion.
