Collect data from a Brazilian website with captcha

The job consists in collecting data from the Brazilian website ComprasNet. There is a captcha to be filled in whenever the page is accessed. I need someone that knows how to bypass the captcha requirement and is able to collect all the information available in the website page. It is necessary to specify the date range and then fill in a captcha. The information required is specified in the pdf and excel files attached to the project.
