Creation of an Access Data Base with User Interface

Hi there, Any particular reason for going with Access on this one?I feel like a mysql database connected with a web based interface (so we can easily specify access controls for various users) would be a lot better. Thanks!

Hello! You have made quite a good description of requirements which will make it easier for the coder to complete the project. However, to make it right and look professionally I do not see less than 20-30 hours of work. I assume I am not the cheapest one, but you can see from my rating and reviews that I complete every project 100% on full customer satisfaction. I'm an Excel/Access pro, have several years of full-time MS Access/MS Excel based jobs and a US education. My spreadsheets and databases are user-friendly and custom fit the expectations. I'd be happy to look throught the project's details. I think that users should be working on Access Runtime to read databases. Also, different dashboards or even shortcuts to different Access files containing tables connected to the main database should be created for each user level for safety reasons. Hello, I have a similar application which I am currently working on which also includes many users and user permissions. My existing project would work as a good base for this and the documents which you have provided are very informative. I have created a milestone to first get the core functionality up and running as you desire and then move on to the reporting aspect of the application. This is negotiable of course.
