Hi, I really think that we need to this as a web project, as excel is not really a tool to manipulate a huge amount of data. I propose to have it online, with a dashboard and breakdown statistics. Of course we also need a section from where we can upload the xls or whatever source you have for the current data. By doing this you are not bound to xls or other kind of proprietary software while having all the flexibility
