We wish to provide a range of lending options to businesses with Principal and Interest loans ranging from 3 months to 18 months. Principle is repaid on Rule of 78 basis. We wish to market a flat interest rate (eg 10% for 12 months, or 6% for 6 months) but have a user friendly calculator that shows both the "flat interest rate" and the "Annual Finance Rate". Input variables will be: term in months/amount/flat rate/fees - output will be AFR - including fees or AFR excluding fees. An option to alternatively put in the AFR and solve for flat rate would be desirable. The attached file shows flat rate calculations for 6 & 12 months - we need something similar that can also have a variable term and a variable fee (example just has a fixed $50 fee).

I already have an Excel spreadsheet that calculates the reducible interest paid on a monthly basis on financed car loans etc. Therefore, at any given time you will know what the payout figure is. It will need a few adjustments for your specific requirements.
