We want to convert a PSD to a working Excel, PDF or HTMl output. The form will be based on a standard credit card statement layout with options for drop down fields, user imputed areas, simple automatic calculations and output for print or PDF. this will be used for a collage financial project to enable students to manage virtual business expenses along side virtual running costs over a set period. Please see attached file for demo layout.
