All Facebook Events

I am looking into a way to find all Facebook events for a specific location, town and/or latitude and longitude.

There is actually a website that attempts this

but it only works for events which have only the words "San Miguel de Allende, Guanajuato" as their location, not for those like this

"Mesones 101, next door to / al lado de Tio Lucas

37700 San Miguel de Allende, Guanajuato"

(interestingly it searches FB events for key words like "Elvis" but gets hung up on addresses)

This next has code for search by longitude and latitude [San Miguel de Allende's is (20.914167 , [url removed, login to view])]

but I don't know how to use it or if it works.
