I would like to have someone design, create a sample and pattern for a pair of skinny jeans for women made out of 100% hemp twill. I have a general idea about what I would like in the design but need someone to create the final design and a couple samples for me. Experience working with hemp is a huge plus. Although my budget is set up to $250 I may be able to pay up to $350 for the right person.
