Business plans for online & tech startups - repost 2

I am consulting on a few online and tech start-ups and part of my job entails writing a business plans. I am seeking qualified individuals who i can engage to finish the job. Due to privacy agreements i cannot disclose now the nature of the project but the freelancer who wins the bid, once he signs a non-disclosure will get more info, data, spreadsheets etc. I seek an individual who has already done this kind of work, one who is not only knowledgeable in finance but has a tech background. I shall ask very technical questions so be ready to respond.
