Develop 2 PowerPoint Presentations & 2 Handouts for Entrepreneurship Talks

I need to run two one hour workshops on entrepreneurship. The first workshop covers how entrepreneurs develop their ideas into start-up companies through a process of ongoing experimentation. The second workshop covers ways entrepreneurs can raise money and the implications of doing so. We do not need to develop the workshops from scratch. We will have extensive material obtained from Harvard Business School. We just need to take the material which is around 70 pages for each workshop - and reduce it down into a 20 page handout and develop a MS PowerPoint presentation. The PowerPoint presentation template will be supplied. The PowerPoint presentation and handouts should cover the following: - The key concepts and using the case studies to illustrate the concepts - Creating opportunities for audience participation - A resource guide so audience members who want to learn more know where they can find out more information For the PowerPoint presentation we will need to develop the slides and also make sure we have speaker notes that can be read as a speech. For the handouts - they need to be in Microsoft Word format and suitable for black and white printing. As noted above, Workshop 1 covers how entrepreneurs develop their ideas into start-up companies. We will have access to the following for this workshop: - A 31 page guide that covers the key concepts - A 20 page case study about Rent the Runway - A 22 page case study about Dropbox Workshop 2 covers ways entrepreneurs can raise money and the implications of doing so. We will have access to the following for this workshop: - A 46 page guide that covers the key concepts - A 21 page case study about an investment group called CommonAngels - A 21 page how-to guide for evaluating venture capital term sheets - A 19 page interview summary which covers what investors look for Given the presentation is quite soon - we need to complete the project within 24 hours.
