I need a 2D corporate animation video to be shown and given to potential investors for a mobile phone retailer. It does not need to be incredibly complex: more a stylised cartoon approach exactly like the following ads:

Storyboard
No storyboard will be provided due to time constraints.
However the script (attached) describes what is being seen as the Voice Over is said and the reference chosen reflects the style of illustration AND animation required to bring it to life.
Duration
3 Minutes
Style
Humor is very important. The illustration style and the animation as well as the transitions used and any SoundFX added should reflect a young and humorous brand.
Characters
Please keep humor in mind while designing characters. The examples above are acceptable but bring out personalities more (Average couple, bossy director, Geeky employee, etc…)
When there’s a crowd of people: Please vary their composition to include a multicultural mix of the UAE (Western & Arab expats, locals, Indians, Southeast Asians, etc…)
When drawing an employee please always dress them in polo shirt with a small logo at the front or on the back.
LOGO
Use the logo several times in the visuals (When there are stores, vans, employees, etc…)
MUSIC and SoundFX
Music should be light, instrumental only and not very serious.
Since the video is 3:00 minutes long, the melody should not be as repetitive as the one in the Gmail reference given.
Wherever necessary please add SoundFX for humor as done in the Gmail/AXIOM example when characters are thinking/speaking or to show transitions or help the animation (eg: when a delivery van pulls up and breaks to a stop).
Voice Over
The V.O. should be young, animated, casual and should articulate easily for comprehension. It should sound as though a real person is talking to you about the company.
The tone should be informative and at times even a little comical.
Deadline
Animation by Sept. 24, 2010
Music, SoundFX, and Voice Over by Sept. 26, 2010
I am not flexible on deadline unfortunately and most aspects of the project as this is urgent. I don’t mind if you have no feedback or are brand new on site. A sample of existing humor related animation work should be provided with your bid please. Bear in mind my budget is reasonably rewarding and am hoping to work different versions of this project in the future.
Payment would be by PayPal direct (preferably) or I could try to figure out the whole escrow thing if you’re worried about getting burned.
Please feel free to ask questions if I’ve missed anything.
