Banner Advertising

Hi We are looking for someone, who can design flash banners for Display advertising. The banner should have following features. 1. Should be according to advertising standard with Google. 2. Most Imp: When someone hover on banner, It expand to larger size showing more information, may be text with Imgaes, 3. Should be able to fill fields on banner. may be a video on it, May be different links. If you have designed this sort of ads, please send a sample of that. We will be trying this for our one client and if you prove it, there will be a regular relation with company for all projects. Payment will be done when you show us designed proof.
