I am looking to develop a site similar to chatroulette.com. I want to integrate a few features on the site such as a rating system and a filter system so you can narrow down who you want to chat with. Site needs to handle a lot of traffic and needs to be completed within 3 weeks. The person who takes this project will be needed in the future to work on other features so this will become an on going project!
