Animated Intro for Show

I need an animated intro for my show, "Getting Away with Schmidt". Preferably, I would like a very beat-up looking animated rooster trying to cross a road, then a truck comes up unexpectedly, & almost hits the rooster, wind-blowing it, and almost knocking it off the road (picture feathers scattering). In the wake of the truck, you see the title of the show: "Getting Away with Schmidt" with "Savvy Schmidt". More work may be needed in the future, as every show will have a different title appended to it, according to the name of it's episode. Thank you! :)
