Animation Intro for website

I need a short animated video introduction for a website.

It will be a sort of how it works 15s to 30s long cartoon in a format that load fast and can be part of the front page as a module.

Something like this:

I will need someone that is creative, patient and want to work with me on this project, since I don't have a plan.

The website is not live yet and the subject is helping inventors with their creations.

More work is available for the right freelancer.
