Add flip book, twitter, facebook as a tab on side of wordpress site

I have a construction website that we built. On the sides of the website we have empty space that we would like to fill it up with nice side tab. I don't have something specific but I just want to add some nice flash content ( like a moving crane ... etc) or a crane on the side, once you hover over it it reloads a flip book you can click on the flip book to view it. more details on contact.
