Apply Flash site from Template

This Bid is for builing a flash site We have a template from template monster we would like to apply, we would like to have a simple flash site based on that template the site should be able to add/edit some of its content (mini cMS) like: clients projects edit basic texts (like about us etc,,) Template will be provided to winning Bid Spec of demands will be provided to winning Bid This is a low budget project Please send samples (using PM) to flash based sites with mini cms you did in the past. Payment will be done using escrow. 60% when handing the application 40% after we commit tests (3-4 days) Good luck,
