Build A Website for a Developer and Designer - Prefer Flash

I want a website to showcase all of the projects and websites I have built.
Needs to have a showcase page, a price page, and a contact form page, or maybe even integrate a sign up page where there can sign up for service and pay right there.
I could do this myself but I do not have time, I have been very busy with other business projects so I am seeking some of my peers with good skillz to help me out.
I just want it to look very modern, organize and crisp looking.
I really prefer flash and HTML. I Like the cool stuff that you can do with it, so if you are a flash pro please bid, I love flash sites.
If you want to use, HTML, PHP, Flash, PSD to HTML, Templates or whatever I am open to it.
