Best Flash Client/Server Scripter & Designer

A very important work which need a real GURU. The site is adult video-chat site and requires a new Client and Performer .swf and a new [login to view URL] for Flash Media Server Interactive. Site and scripts are ALL working, but i need a full re-write in AS2 with a good communication between the freelancer and me within the job. Note: No indian,bangladesh, pakistan etc arabians to BID!!! Im not happy with your work at all. Need a reviewed freelancer who i can trust for future as well! You should have skype for communication and enough free time. Budget: from 50$ to 150$
