Convert Camrec to SWF movie

I have a Camstasia .Camrec file that I need converted

to SWF so it can be viewed on the web.

Size should be just the same as current file.

Approx 6" w x 7" h

Add an Audio Player with Controls to Stop - Pause and Replay

I need converted ASAP.
