This is a 30 minute gig if you know what you are doing. I only want to pay $10-$15 for it, but that is VERY good pay in some countries and not even bad in the USA. I have a nice flash menu or two that have the links hardcoded in them. I would like them converted to either read the words and links from the flashvar line or an xml file... That's it! This is easy if you are good with flash... I can almost do it hahaha... But I am short on time and looking for someone outside USA for this that works CHEAP for now but will grow with me... I want to build a good working friendship for other future projects... India would be nice but I am open... Good english required... I have a few more menus to convert after these...

How about a cheep working American :),,I have great english obviously,,im in Ohio,, availible by phone,IM, skype, I can do it for $15 have it back to you in a couple hours,, but please clarify you said ""I have a nice flash menu or two"" lol is it 1 or 2? just to let you know my bid is for editing 1 nav.
