Create some flash-banners based existing JPEG-banner

I have several JPEG-banners which should get transformed to a Flash banner.
The flash banners will include some rotating text-elements, which should rotate every 8-10 seconds. Overall nothing complex.
Generally a long term business relationship would be preferred, because there will be additional banner-jobs for the future.
Please show me an excerpt of your flash-references & tell me the price for one banner-transformation.
It is not allowed to list/show the created banners within any online/offline portfolio, NDA is required.
