Design in Flash

We need the words "Wealth Builders" built out of gold coins falling from the top of a dark blue banner to the bottom of the banner. Coins may drop a few at a time to create the 'Wealth Builders' animation flash logo, with a .gif extension. See powerpoint attached, and dark blue color, attached. The W is not quite right, because too many coins are falling at the same time. We need all letters of "Wealth Builders" to fall simultaneously, about four coins per letter at a time. The money needs to stack up from the bottom. The letters should form a pyramid shape with low letters on the edges, and letters that reach from the bottom of the banner all the way to the top in the center. The banner background needs to be the really dark blue attached. In the powerpoint, there's an outline of the letters area and a pic of stacked coins, but please see the W on the second slide for more clarity. We need this done in just six hours from now, thanks. The designer who started it is on holiday today, and we need it finished today. Now, put the words “Wealth Builders” at the beginning of your proposal, or I won’t read it.
